You're likely here after seeing the bumper sticker "Jerry Would Throw." Jerry is wheelchair-bound student with cerebral palsy who has been training since 2004. The slogan is a spin on the famous Hawaiian saying, "Eddie Would Go," referring to the story of Eddie Aikau who fearlessly paddled his surfboard between Hawaiian islands to get help for the crew of his overturned vessel, never to be seen again.

"Eddie Would Go" became a mantra of courage to surmount the seemingly unsurmountable. Jerry has certainly become such an example of courage and personal triumph for all of us at Aikido of Red Bank!
